User Story

As a user, I want to ensure that a quick access link to assets manager in admin bar is displayed for better UX

Current Behavior

No link to quick access for assets manager

Expected Behavior

I expect to see a quick access link for assets manager

Bug Type

This bug describes functionality that once worked as expected in version X.X.X.
This bug describes functionality that never worked as expected.
I am not sure whether this functionality ever worked as expected.

Acceptance Criteria

Add quick access link for assets manager in admin bar
