Remove snippetEllipsisText when string is smaller than snippetSize

Description
For the moment if the string value is smaller than the snippet size. For example

On description:

• Snippetsize = 20
• Content: Hello world

We still finish with Hello world..

Expected behavior
When the content is smaller than the snippetsize it should be Hello World without the ellipsistext
