⚠️ Breaking changes

• PerEnvironment configuration now it should be applied globally (Enhancement/PerEnvironment configuration #153) @brunoocasali
  ⚠️ If the user runs the application with the old configuration, an exception will be raised. The choice here is to make the user aware of this configuration (if they keep the old way, no suffix would be applied and that will cause silent problems in production).

@curquiza, I think it is better to create two different versions for the rails, one before the v0.28 and the other for the v0.28, just in case we have any issues in-between.
