QIO Exporter Does Not Connect to Transporters

Issue description

Attaching a QIO Exporter to any transporter doesn't appear to be connected, but the QIO Exporter continues to work properly.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place down any transporter and attach any inventory to it.
2. Attach a QIO Exporter to the transporter and make it transport something.
3. The exporter works properly but it doesn't appear to be connected to the transporter.
