Laser Amplifier and Tractor Beam Are Not Supposed to Appear in Matrix Charging Slot #8097

Issue description
We normally are not supposed to be able to charge laser amplifier or the tractor beam in the matrix but trying to insert them makes them appear in the slot for a second but sends back to the player's inventory.

Steps to reproduce
- Try to inser Laser Amplifier and/or Tractor Beam into the Matrix' charging slot.
- See that they appear but come back to your inventory instantly.
