Packet Handling Error with Pressurized Tubes #8104

Placing and/or connecting pressurized tubes to anything gives a packet handling error and softlocks the world.

Steps to reproduce
- Place any tier of pressurized tube and connect it to something.
- World crashes and softlocks.
