Items invisible in logistical transporters

Issue description

Items in logistical transporters are no longer visible when they leave the first transporter, but still appear in the destination inventory.

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect for example two chests with logistical transporters and set one side to pull items
2. Items will become invisible after they leave the transporter connected to the input chest
