Serializer broken for bins with over 99 items

Issue description

Bin items fail to save with the error Value must be within range [1;99].

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a bin (tested with basic bins).
2. Insert more than 99 items.
3. Pick up the bin.
4. In single player, hit escape and hover over the exit button.
