Pigment Mixer's Top Square Side Config Should Be Blackened Out

Issue description

Since the pigment mixer is 2 blocks tall and the top block can't have interactions, the top square on the side configs should be disabled like how it currently is for solar neutron activators and isotopic centrifuges.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place down a pigment mixer and check the side configs.
2. Since top block can't have interactions, the top square on the side configs should be disabled.
