2-Block-Tall Machines Have Configuration Available on Their First Blocks' Top Face

Issue description

2 block tall machines show up configurations when looked with a configurator on their first blocks' top face. When in reality, those sides can't be configured at all.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a 2-block-tall machine that has side configs.
2. Hold a configurator and look at its first blocks' top face.
3. See that configuration overlay renders.
