new convenience function for reporting on the time remaining for processing an iterator. Saves you manually calling print_dynamic() and progress_bar_str()

This for loop:

from time import sleep
for i in print_progress(range(10)):
    sleep(1)

prints a progress report of the form:

[=============       ] 70% (7/10) 00:00:03 remaining

print_progress accounts for time of iterable
print_progress is now also used for multiple importers
