Add a couple of new pre-defined SIFT features that I found worked well for SDM. Also, try and update the documentation to build the optional features as well.

Finally, sneak in a couple of new labels for mirrored images.

Add two new dsift features
vector_128_dsift and hellinger_vector_128_dsift. This features
were shown to be pretty powerful when I was learning how to train
performant SDMs.
Add a new bounding box label
This includes a labeller for mirrored bounding boxes.
Add a new mirrored 68-point labeller
This allows labelling and re-indexing of mirrored images
for the 68-point markup
Update documentation.
This includes adding the new features and making the optional
features more obvious. ALso, try mocking cyvlfeat, see if it
makes the vlfeat docs come through.
