Not sure why this is happening. MTX correctly disables when tablet form is selected; when injection form is selected, the drug never makes it to the disabled medication list. I suspect it may be due to the order in which filters are applied—MTX is filtered out by alcohol, then filtered back in by injection. Bad filtering logic.
