faithful-exec exports a single function that lets you execute system commands via
child_process.exec. It adapts the interface of
exec as follows:
- When the command succeeds, the promise gets fulfilled with a
resultobject that has two properties,

child_process.execgets extended with two properties:
This way, you always have access to a command's full output, regardless of what happens.
child_process.exec, faithful-exec also lets you set options through a optional second argument.
