How do deal with the python App execution aliases on Windows? #154

I think one (or both) of these python options prevents a user from running python3.

What would make for a better user experience? Recommend in the docs that we have the users disable those?

Should the WinApp ask the user to disable those?

Perhaps add this as a "if having problems" in the m-flasher faq?
