Follow up to #10550, if we get the default join alias wrong (foreign key's display_name with trailing "ID" removed) we should allow the user to change it to something else.

Open questions:

  • should we let them edit the join alias or should we add a join display_name?
  • should we allow the admin to change the default in the data model?
