Include ++ data in scoring value #196

  • Look for example searches that would benefit form that
    • searching for json should rank JSON::XS much higher
  • Improve search results by including the ++ data we have
    • requires a cron to update the file document with the ++ score
  • document scoring algorithm in the wiki
  • add a comment in the code to that wiki page to keep that in sync

It'd be nice if ++ score also appears on the author's page.

Some other random ideas:

  • Calculate total of ++ score's for all releases of an author. Show that in search result and/or author's page.
  • List all my favorites (does this feature exist already?)
  • List other people's favorites ("Bob likes these modules")
  • Filter search based on ++ score ("I want only modules with at least 2 ++'s")
