Set up a site for perlresume

Hi!

See vti/perlresume.org#15 - the very cool site perlresume by @vti went down after the perlresume-dot-org domain got lost and we would like to restore it under the perlresume.metacpan.org domain. The source code for it is available at https://github.com/vti/perlresume.org and is written in Perl and is easy to deploy and is licensed under the perl 5 terms.

Hi!

TPF offers a service where they can safeguard a domain name:

If you want to do the puppet work on setting this up...

1. get licence to do so form @vti
2. setup starman / nginx (should be easy)
3. build backup system for the sql db (no point putting this live without it)

Then reopen this ticket and we can talk through you getting a VM setup to develop on and possibly hosting it.

@ranguard that domain already belongs to a squatter, so the domain name is a moot point.

@ranguard like @oalders said the whole point of this issue was to setup a new site for perlresume under the metacpan.org domain as perlresume-dot-org was hijacked by a squatter. Can you please reopen this ticket as I personally am unable to do so, without resorting to opening a new one.

Hi Shlomif,

Ideally someone would create a pull request for this. We're happy to see it get done, but it's not so high on our current TODO list. Main priority right now is preparing for PTS later in the month.
