Do not trim leader attribute in marcxml #233
Description
Leading and trailing whitespace in the content of the leader element in marcxml records should not be removed by MarcXmlHandler. The marc record leader must be 24 characters long and may start or end with spaces. Removing whitespace from the leader makes it invalid.
