To reproduce results, simply run "src/run.sh". This will run all the experiments on the random and real-world networks.

Panels for Figure 2 will be placed in "figs/" and can be compiled into Figure 2 via "src/make_fig2.py".

Results for Table 1 will be compiled in "results/".

The seven datasets used are in "data/".
