fail.inds=overviewPerIndividualQC(fail_individuals, interactive = T)
Error in start_col:end_col : argument of length 0

The fail_individuals$fail_list$outlying_heterozygosity has zero observation, and fail_individuals$fail_list$highIBD is NULL. I guess those cases are not handled in your code, which caused the error.

BTW, you can replicate the error using the data I sent to you.

also, it's not returning p_overview.
