TodoTXT TextMate Bundle

Introduction

Todotxt is a command line todo manager originally started by Gina Trapani. All todos are managed via a structured textfile, todo.txt.

Installation

Download the Zipfile for the release, unzip and double click to install.

Install from Source

Check out the Bundle from Github and init the submodule rtodotxt

$ git clone https://github.com/sideshowcoder/tmTodoTXT ~/Desktop/tmtodotxt && cd ~/Desktop/tmtodotxt  && git submodule init && git submodule update

Create a tmbundle to install

$ mv ~/Desktop/tmTodoTXT ~/Desktop/todotxt.tmbundle

Double click the bundle to install in Textmate

Install to Textastic on iOS Devices

Download the repo in zip, unzip and add .tmbundle extension to the folder, then follow the instructions to install the tmbundle to your device: https://www.textasticapp.com/v7/manual/customization/custom_syntax_themes_templates.html

Configuration

In case you are not using the default locations for the todotxt you need to set the TM_TODO_CONFIG to point the bundle to the right config, and TM_TODO_CMD to point the bundle to the todo.sh executable.
