Hi, I just noticed that the GB/GBC Emulator "BGB" allows to use custom borders, and remembering that for example the old VBA and RetroArch allows that too, I thought that it'd be cool to have custom borders in the standalone versions of mGBA.

Here's a picture showing how custom borders look in BGB.
