You have an amazing HOME Menu banner but an underwhelming splash screen. Let's change that!

I'll save you the grueling details of this story. This totally sucked making but was worth it at the end.
Before you might ask why the home page's purple Game Boy Advance model wasn't used for the [logo.bin / logo.darc.lz / logoLZ.bin], the programs Photoshop, ctr-logobuilder, and png2bclim converter couldn't create, convert, and compress that image with reasonable quality under the 8 KB size limit.
All attempts in tweaking the settings to create a logo using that mGBA image from the source code proved futile, so the next best idea was to recreate that screen section.
Edit - Some slight changes may be needed like the horizontal alignment of the mGBA. The actual top picture is dead center to the 3DS screen, but it may not necessarily mean the content is. See mGBA vs camera as vertical guide.
