[Request] Option to delete historial

Hi, I am Runis Dauphin from Rebelles Unis:

Could you add an option to delete the historial of recent files? And could you add another one to not let the emulator to save the historial in first place? I like to have no records of what do I do.

The most similar thing I can do now is opening up qt.ini file and manually delete them.
