MacOS installation defaults to Spanish, difficult to change #1469

This should only happen if your system language is set to Spanish. However, I doubt you have that, so I'll need to look into what's going on. Hopefully I'll be able to reproduce so I can look into it. |
I'm able to reproduce this in only one of my VMs and it's in French instead of Spanish on my end. I'll investigate. |
I've gotten a few reports that this is happening again. |

I've downloaded versions 0.7.1 and 0.7.2 via the main site, and they default to Spanish menu items. Good thing I speak a little bit! Also problem appears when installing via Homebrew in Terminal using "brew cask install mgba".
I WAS able to fix the interface by changing the language (which mistakenly shows "English" by default) first to Spanish (Spain) and then BACK to English, accepting changes and relaunching between steps. However, I can't imagine this is expected behavior. Can anyone reproduce?
Homebrew was updated, MacOS version is Mojave 10.14.4
