3DS: No difference between "Dark" and "None" for screen filters #1562

Description

@SleepyLark

In 7.3, setting the screen filter to "None" caused the screen to be overexposed (which I assume is the original screen colors), by changing the the screen to "Dark" it looked a lot more crisp. However, in 0.8-beta (and some nightly builds before it), it looks like the "Dark" filter is applied automatically at launch , which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it makes the "None" and/or "Dark" option pointless as it doesn't change anything.
