Background mosaic + hblank effect shows backdrop #1701

Backdrop color (pure green) is shown around the red circle window (created with a hblank effect) when mosaic is enabled:

If mosaic is disabled, backdrop is not shown anymore:

It happens on both 0.8.1 release and 6156-8d194fa development version.
