Request: an option to have the window title be fixed regardless of game

I'm requesting an option where the window title is fully fixed regardless of the currently open game.

eg: mGBA - {version}

The reasoning is that OBS detects what game frame to capture from based on the window titles of the active processes. This means that OBS loses track of mGBA when you change games, and you have to go and change the capture source.
