3DS: opening the pause menu disables fast forward

If you enable fast forward and then press the X button twice (which opens/closes the pause menu), fast forward gets disabled.

If this gets fixed, please make sure that resetting the game or saving/loading a savestate does not clear the fast forward flag either.
