Cannot quit mGBA on crashing ROM dialogue

This certainly happens to me on Windows, not confirmed on other platforms.

When a program crashes a dialogue window pops up with an "Ok" button to dismiss. If I click "Ok" but the program is still crashing then the same dialogue will immediate pop back open.

This prevents me from closing mGBA, the only way to close mGBA is to open Task Manager and end the process manually.

This occurs on 0.10-7265-9cfa7120b. I can try and produce a crashing ROM to recreate it, if that would be helpful
The specific dialogue reads "The game has crashed with the following error: something something here"
