0.10.2 Doesn't save Mute Options under Interface

In the public build of 10.2 (64-bit) on Windows 11, mGBA doesn't seem to save the "Mute" options under Settings > Interface > 'When inactive' or 'When minimized' when you close out of the program. Other settings such as Pause are saved as expected.
