cgb_agb0_boot.bin and cgbE_boot.bin do not run when loaded as GBC BIOS ROMs

I'm not sure what else to put here. Not as if it crashes, just skips over them and runs as if there is no GBC BIOS at all. But it would be nice to have these be able to run, at least cgb_agb0_boot.bin. Thus far there are no logs, but I can try to provide more info if needed.

OS: Cachy OS whatever the latest version is called idk it's rolling release
