add option to use uniform scaling in squash and stretch operator.

The new option is global for all the components on the rig.

Testing:

test/compare with character

  • test deformation with and without this option side by side
  • test exporting to Unreal Engine with squash stretch animation
  • test exporting to Unity 3D with squash stretch animation
