I have a test spec that contains multiple asnyc tests for black box integration testing. Test spec runs fines on its own but will not run with --autotest and --watch.

I receive the following error:

events.js:72
throw er; // Unhandled 'error' event
              ^
Error: EMFILE: Too many opened files.

    at Fileset.Glob._processEmitQueue (/usr/lib/node_modules/jasmine-node/node_modules/gaze/node_modules/fileset/node_modules/glob/glob.js:313:10)

I am using node v0.10.24 and jasmine-node v1.13.1

You need to up the allowed amount of files on your system using ulimit. Here's the fix in OS X http://superuser.com/questions/261023/how-to-change-default-ulimit-values-in-mac-os-x-10-6, google ulimit and your OS for whatever os you're having the issue with.
