Hi, I am trying to train TOM model, but I got stuck because I cannot find MitkFiberDirectionExtraction.sh. I google it but nothing was found yet. Also, do you have any suggestions for trying another way to make the peak map? Thanks a lot

Hi,
I used the command MitkFiberDirectionExtraction.sh from MITK Diffusion to generate peak images from tractograms. It is part of the MITK Diffusion miniapps. Getting MITK Diffusion to run can be a bit difficult unfortunately.

Here are some other issues with some more details:

Hi,

I have downloaded the MITK software, and I try to run this command "MitkFiberDirectionExtraction.sh -i /path/tracts/CC.trk -o /path/992774/CC --mask /path/tracts/CC.nii.gz -a 10 -t 0.1 -d 1 -n 3 -f .nii.gz" in the terminal. But it showed that there is no such command. What should I do? Also, I am confused about how to run MITK miniapps in the terminal.

Thanks a lot!
