Right now Tor Browser Launcher hides the output from Firefox/tor, which meant that Debian bug #942901 (black screen caused by outdated apparmor rules) was much harder to figure out the cause of than it could have been. To make debugging easier it would be nice to have a --debug option that would keep Tor Browser Launcher in the foreground in a terminal and also show the Firefox/tor output that would normally be visible.

Add a --debug option which run "start-tor-browser" with --verbose option
and without --detach. This makes the program run in the foreground and
log underlying output to console.

Closes micahflee#435.
