Complete rewriting of M-LOOP to make it more extensible and improve
performance.

M-LOOP is now includes threading and multiprocessing to remove any
unnecessary delays between experiments.

M-LOOP is installable with setuptool.

M-LOOP now had documentation generated with sphinx.
