WinRM Protocol Support

WinRM allows to list files on a remote file system and to transfer files in either direction (well… not intrinsically, but PowerShell can do that over WinRM).

This is somewhat analogous to an SSH connection to a Windows system, and might be the only way of communicating with some nano server (Windows server core).

Would be nice to have it as one of the File Protocols in the NetBox.
