Windows Issue - Random Controller Order XBOX 360 Wireless Controllers
Running the latest version of attract mode, after the initial configuration where the
first controller is listed as joy0, after a reboot attract then ids the first controller as joy1 and the second controller as joy0. Sometimes the joysticks return to the correct order in attract mode.

All games and emulators see the controllers in the correct order, (Xinput)
Attract mode uses the old winmm.dll for input so this is attract mode only swapping the order.
Trying to set Joystick mapping only shows the XBOX 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows, and not the individual controllers.

I know this has to do with the SFML libs, but maybe someone brighter than me could figure a workaround.

I could just double map the controls to both, but the exit emulator only accepts input from one.
So if I could add quit using 2 controllers instead of one this would resolve my issue of not being able to quit emulators with controller one and having to grab controller 2, power it on, and then quit.

So I'd like the ability to do this in the emulator.cfg file.
