Requires graphs to be loadable over serial.
Probably implement noflo/noflo#107

Hook up graph upload over serial to NoFlo network protocol
Can now trigger upload of new graphs from NoFlo UI. Ref issue #1
Still has some bugs to be ironed out on certain graphs / usage patterns.
Also fixes IIPs not normalized correctly from network protocol.

There are some bugs left, but mostly working. Some of the issues seem to be in NoFlo UI, not in MicroFlo. Closing.
