Description of the new feature / enhancement

I am working on some files when powertoys update comes in I simply installed that update. A dialog box appears and ask for me to close File Explorer. I let the update close the explorer. But after the installation the Power toys opened the explorer again in new state in the quick access tab. I want that power toys should open the closed applications back to thier previous states like my file explorer in the same directory I was in before installation.

Scenario when this would be used?

On updates or any other tasks which needs to close applications of user.

Unfortunately, I uninstalled power toys few weeks ago because my RAM is less and it runs in background but I think I can verify it via reinstalling it.

Soon give you the feedback.

@crutkas

So to verify this I installed the Power Toys v0.51.1 version so that I can get an update to 0.53.1. And I received it instantly after installing it.
power toys update

So to recreate this situation I opened file explorer and my workspace and VS Code. I clicked on install update and this time it didn't even ask me to close file explorer or any application it installed the new update and that's it.

So I think my problem is solved as it didn't interfere with any application that was open at that time.

Thanks to all Developers who worked on this 🎉❤️
