Send window to another desktop - without going into "active task view"

Description of the new feature / enhancement

At the moment you have to go into active tasks view (or WIN+TAB) - and than you can select a window and drag it to another desktop - or - you rightclick it and tell, which desktop you want to send it.

The enhancement would be to click on the top bar of an open window and have the possibility (beside maximize, minimize, close etc.) - to send this window directly to an other desktop.

Scenario when this would be used?

for every window on the desktop
