Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue. PowerToys instantly crashed when enabling the new Mouse Utility: Crosshair over pointer feature.

ON TOP of that (not sure if it should be opened a separate Issue) almost all PowerToys features turn ON after restarting the application.
The only feature that turned itself OFF was Video Conference Mute. All other features that were previously OFF (Awake, Always On Top, Color Picker etc) were turned ON.

I attached some diagnostic Data (HWiNFO html report, DxDiag and PowerToys Report). Please let me know if you need more Data or testing done.

0.55.1 should have the fix for this. We just released it today. https://aka.ms/installpowertoys
