All depends on what you're trying to capture. We respect DRM content just like snipping tool does. if the content is DRM'ed, we cannot take a screenshot of it.

Looking at the screenshot, that would be the case I bet, this is protected content and Windows will respect it accordingly so our API to get the screen will result in what you're seeing.
