This PR fixes some bugs related to the challenges. More precisely,
options.grammar.encode()doesn't exist anymore since PR #44 (https://github.com/Microsoft/TextWorld/pull/44/files#diff-edf8feed9ee3247b7a70e14757be199eR71).
