Aspire templates create projects in an extra nested directory from VS

When you create a new Aspire project using either the empty or starter template, the projects are created in a nested directory named for the solution under the solution directory:

This shouldn't be happening with empty due to editorTreatAs being set to solution

It looks like the editorTreatAs: "solution" didn't go in for starter?

If we don't want to do this, customers will just need to check this to get that desired folder structure.
