Improve security recommendations for Magentic-One

Checklist based on #5587

• Improve documentation
• Add sample project (perhaps point to m1 cli)
• Show deployment on Azure (perhaps with m1 cli in API mode)

Sample should demonstrate: container use, monitoring, human oversight, access control (for file server), secret manager. We can demonstrate all these in m1 cli?
