speechenablement.md needs to be updated to reflect new Azure regions for Direct Line Speech channel #1903
Description
Request for documentation update.
DL Speech channel is now deployed to multiple Azure regions, not only westus2.
Also call out that Neural voices are limited to certain Azure regions.
I'll submit a PR shortly to address both.
