[Point of Interest] Skill should return map data in a formatted JSON object

Currently a selected POI's coordiantes are shared in the format {'geo:latitude,longitude'}, but to be properly parsed by the Android client this needs to be updated to {'uri':'geo:latitude,longitude'}
